Maui Wedding Services

Clients always ask us about our Maui wedding packages and what they can add to them. This always leads to a discussion on the size of your guest list and what your expectations are for your wedding ceremony. Our packages are all priced for a beach location with additional fees for private venues. Private venues offer ample parking, covered back up in case of rain (in most cases), a lawn area reserved for the wedding itself, chairs, the ability to have amplified music, wedding arches, champagne toasts, etc. Some of the things we cannot legally provide on a public beach are available at private venues. These venues also usually have restaurants so it's very convenient to have your ceremony and reception at the same location without driving around the island. Shuttle buses can also be arranged to avoid the hassle of designated drivers.

Most of our Maui Wedding ceremonie s last about 15 minutes; short and sweet. 15 or 20 minutes for your photographer to capture something that happens once in your lifetime. Not to put too much pressure on the wedding couple, but the beauty of your Maui wedding images depend not only on the professionalism of your photographer, but also by your facial expressions, relaxed attitude and eye contact with each other and the camera. Maui Beach Weddings Question: What about the weather?

"What do we do in case of rain?" is something we hear very often. Marry Me Maui does about 200 weddings per year. Most of them are beach weddings at various locations around the island. We try to keep the locations near our clients' accommodations but sometimes that's not possible because either the beach is not suitable for a wedding, there's no parking or the beach might be off limits by law (Kaanapali Beach). We are required to pull permits from the state for every beach wedding and they allow us 2 locations. This is usually sufficient to avoid a rain-out in cases of inclement weather. Kapalua Bay Maui is home to 10 of the 13 "life zones" on planet earth and also host various micro-climates. The weather in Kapalua can be vastly different than the weather in Lahaina only 7 miles away. Indeed, we have seen rain at DT Fleming and none at Kapalua Bay less than 1 mile away.
